CONGRESS VENUES

Friday fringe meetings (and possibly Sunday workshops) will take place in    Maison des Associations

On-Line Registration

(deadline 25th September)

Please use the on-line form to register for congress; for council as well as for the fringe meetings.

We will need your personal contact details, and in case you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, we will need your passport details.

Some definitions which might help you to determine your "status"

With "status" we mean your position towards the European Green Party.

• Delegate with voting rights: delegates from EGP member parties mandated to vote
• Delegate: any other participant who is member of one of the EGP member parties
• Guest: Speakers or especially invited
• Observer: any participant member of one of the EGP observer parties
• Visitor: most generally, any other participant
• Press: journalists
• Committee, financial advisor, regional network coordinator, crew, volunteer: specifically for internal use of the organisation

 

Accommodation 

The registration form includes the arrangement of your accommodation. 

In general we expect you to book your hotel room through the services of the Geneva Tourist Office (see registration form to download pdf with prices). Try to book your room before 1st September.  Of course the tourist office is still at your service after that date but success is no longer guaranteed.

However if you wish to arrange hotel yourself, here is a list with youth hostels and with cheaper lodging.

Please note that accommodation for delegates of the member parties who are entitled to reimbursement (max. 2 delegates /party) will be organised through our office.  They should register accordingly and before 8th September.

Language/Translation

The working language of the European Green party during its' meetings is English. However, we are striving to find the financial means to arrange interpretation to French.

Stands

There will be some space available, though limited, for stands (basically tables) in the UNI-DUFOUR.  Please let us know if you wish to reserve a stand. Email:    averheyen@europeangreens.org
